NextShapes TPU 95A Filament – Flexible high-speed TPU for durable 3D prints
NextShapes TPU 95A filament combines high elasticity, excellent wear resistance, and reliable printing properties in a flexible, high-performance material. With a Shore hardness of 95A , it is ideally suited for components that need to be both flexible and robust.
The optimized material formulation enables high-speed printing at significantly higher speeds than conventional TPU filaments. At the same time, uniform winding, high dimensional accuracy, and excellent layer adhesion ensure clean printing results and a high success rate – even with complex models.

Nozzle temperature: 220-240°C
Heated bed: 35 °C
Part cooling fan: 100%
First layer: 50 mm/s
Exterior wall: 200 mm/s
Interior wall: 300 mm/s
Infill: 270 mm/s
Ambient humidity: below 20% RH
Dry the filament before printing to achieve optimal print quality.
