Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Germany only.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries within the European Union.

Orders are shipped via:

Orders are typically delivered within:

1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

The estimated delivery date for each pre-order item is displayed on the respective product page.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, available products will be shipped first.

Pre-order items will be shipped separately once they become available.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your tracking number.

Please inspect your order upon delivery for any transport damage.

If you notice any obvious damage, please report it immediately to the delivery carrier and contact us as soon as possible.
